Hello Jasper, Murray, and Mark. Having read a number of your articles in AW, it was great to hear you all talk! It brought to life those ancient times, the points raised and discussed ( no strong arguments among you though – but enjoyable non the less). Well done.
p.s. – were these early Bronze Age cultures less likely to have slaves, or make a defeated enemy a slave worker etc? Or was that more prevalent when clan groups joined together, under their accepted common laws and leadership, as these groups became "more civilised "?
Also, were cloaks worn in battle? Hunting scenes do show hunters wearing a cloak and carrying a spear – Hollywood seems to show cloaks being worn! Looking forward to issue #102! Cheers 🇦🇺👍
