The Ancient History magazine is better than expected, I like the thematic issues and deep dives into topics. Visually it's full of beautiful illustrations. Also like the they give you book examples if you want to know more about a topic!

Strange request, but could we have an article every once in a while about an outstanding ancient minature and how someone assembled/painted it? Another passion of mine but probably of interest to your broader audience.

The special features were all very strong, and I was excited about the revolution articles, but they were a bit more uneven in that they often lost the bigger question of revolution to focus on very specific details the without connecting them back to the larger question.

Your topics are Always incredible! This issue on Revolutions is a particularly interesting theme to group studies around shifts from urbanity to ancient warfare, from writing to religion etc. As students of history, my mother and I find this theme has opened a new window on our conception of the development of humanity. Thank you!
